OpenLiteSpeed is an event-driven HTTP server tuned for high concurrency. It includes a web-based admin console for editing configuration and inspecting traffic, and is bundled with LSCache, a server-level page cache used by many content management systems.
By default the admin console listens on a separate high port — usually 7080. Open it in a browser, sign in with the credentials set during installation, and you can manage virtual hosts, listeners and cache rules without editing config files by hand.
The default document root for the standalone install is /usr/local/lsws/Example/html. Replace its contents or point a new virtual host at your own directory through the admin console.
.htaccess-style files. You arrived here because the listener for this hostname is bound to the bundled Example virtual host. As soon as you create a virtual host with the matching domain name, that host takes priority and this page disappears.
